Ram is  a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations. Utilize keen analysis and insights and team building approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales, human resources, legal, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance. Ram highly believes in resourcefulness at all times.

Ram is married and is a proud father of  Son and a Daughter  . He loves is Golden retriever Simba as well.

Navin Mahendra is an accomplished Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial management, budget management, cash management and process improvement. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth, reduce costs and balance budgets. Detail oriented with strong organisational, analytical, problem solving, communication and relationship management skills.

Navin is married and has two daughters. He loves to travel and spend time with his family.
